- All meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday of the month and will begin at 12:00 noon, unless otherwise specified in the EPIC or separate mailing. The meetings will be held at our chapter offices.
- The Executive Committee meetings are for officers only. Exception to this would be if a board member attended to present an urgent issue.
- The voting members of Board of Directors consists of all officers, board members, councilors, and emergency medicine residency representatives.
- All AzCEP members are welcome to attend Board of Directors meetings. Contact the chapter office for further questions or location directions.
